JournalingFix OS
You know what you’re capable of. So why does it feel like the same things keep slowing you down — and why hasn’t anything solved it?
JournalingFix OS is a system of bite-sized writing prompts, built on brain science, that closes that gap.
It helps you stop losing time and energy to the same loops, avoidance, and mental spin — and then use those shifts to build what’s next. Founding Tier access begins April 29.
Get access to the full system plus founding member benefits — before the price goes up May 15.
Founding Member Price: $297
Full price after May 15: $597+
What JournalingFix OS is
JournalingFix OS is not a course and it’s not a new forced habit.
It’s a neuroscience-based system of guided, bite-sized writing protocols built around how our brains actually work.
Each one targets a specific pattern — what you’re doing, thinking, or avoiding right now — and walks you through a 3–10 minute sequence to shift it. You don’t just identify what’s happening — you understand why it’s happening, and you get a concrete way to intervene in the middle of your real day.
Over time, the patterns that were costing you hours, money, and energy, stop being your patterns, and you finally have the capacity to go after more of what actually matters to you.
Module 1 – The Fixes
The Fixes: Tools for the days you’re actually living
Module 1 is where you stop losing time, energy, and self-trust to repeat patterns.
It covers the micro-moments where your day quietly derails: looking at “one more thing” that crowds out the work that actually moves the needle, letting a five-minute task swell into three days of avoidance, and watching tab-hopping and context-switching dissolve your ability to think straight.
It also targets the invisible costs of accumulated half-finished ideas, scattered focus after meetings or Slack pings, and end‑of‑day mental spin that steals tomorrow’s bandwidth.
Inside The Fixes, you get short, situational writing protocols (3–10 minutes) for the exact problems you already recognize — avoidance, loops, re‑entry, decision fog, nighttime spirals, and “everything is on fire” days.
Each protocol gives you:
A quick explanation of what’s happening in your brain and why
Bite-sized prompts structured around what your brain is actually doing
A simple “if this isn’t enough, do this next” step
Sample Fixes inside OS:
“Five-Minute Task That’s Taken Three Days”
“Too Many Tabs / Can’t Think Straight”
“Re‑Enter Focus After Meetings or Slack”
“Night‑Spin: Stop Replaying Tomorrow”
“Everything Is On Fire Today” (minimal‑viable reset)
Module 2 – Build What’s Next
Build What’s Next: Where you stop repeating the same level and start building the next one
Once daily friction starts to ease, something shifts: it's not that you can't get anything done — it's that you're still not consistently building the bigger version of your life you know you're capable of.
Module 2 gives your brain the data points it needs to treat bigger goals as real and within reach. No vision boards. Just brain science applied to the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
It focuses on the patterns that appear at the edge of growth: goals that keep stalling out, operating below what you know you’re capable of, identity lag when your opportunities expand, and not having internal “reference points” for the rooms and lives you’re stepping into.
Sample Module 2 protocols:
Future Self Mapping (in real life Tuesday-level detail, not vague or woo)
Evidence‑Based Self‑Trust Builder (logging real Future‑Me moves)
“After the Big Room” Decompression (when the thought of a bigger opportunity leaves you wobbly)
“Map Today’s Actions to the Future I Actually Want”
“Close Out an Old Level Before You Build the Next One”
Designed for real life
Every protocol can be run in 3 to 10 minutes, so you can choose the smallest effective intervention for the moment you’re in.
There are no streaks to maintain, no rigid routines to protect, and no guilt baked in — the system assumes you’ll come back when it counts, because it works.
The brain science is woven into the experience. Each protocol includes just enough of the “why this works” to help your brain trust the process, understand, and repeat it, without turning your week into a reading assignment. Understanding and action happen together, inside the same 3–10 minute window.
How to actually use it
You don't need a special setup. JournalingFix OS works however writing works best for you — a notes app on your phone, a Notion page, a plain notebook. Handwriting or typing. At your desk, or in the notes app between meetings.
Each protocol tells you exactly what to write and in what order. You're not staring at a blank page trying to figure out what to say. You just follow the sequence, and the shift happens in the process of doing it.
Who JournalingFix OS is for
JournalingFix OS is for you if:
You’re a high performer — founder, leader, ambitious creative, or expert — who can get a lot done, but still feels the drag of patterns that keep you under your actual capacity.
You intellectually understand your patterns, but want a concrete way to shift them in the middle of a real day, not just think about them.
You’re willing to write for a few minutes at a time if it helps you get out of loops faster, sleep more restfully, and follow through more consistently.
You’d rather work with how your brain already functions than try to force yourself into someone else’s ideal routine.
It's probably not for you if you're looking for something to read without doing anything, or want manifesting magic and passive inspiration.
If you're a knowledge worker, developer, founder, or leader losing 2–3 hours a day to mental friction — avoidance, loops, decision fog, end-of-day spin — that's not a small thing.
That's thousands of dollars a month in lost output, delayed decisions, and work that keeps getting pushed. Not to mention the goals you never get to experience.
A note from Áine
A few years ago I was dealing with a neuroinflammatory disorder that caused outbreaks of pain so severe it felt like being stabbed by an electrified knife. When I came across a structured journaling technique in a Reddit thread, I tried it.
Within weeks, symptoms resolved. That sent me on a deep dive into the brain science behind why it worked — and what else writing could fix.
Because I'd spent years doing what a lot of high performers do — cycling through productivity systems, goal trackers, the right habit, the next book. Still always feeling the gap between what I was accomplishing and where I knew I could be.
JournalingFix is what I built from that research — on myself first, then refined through hundreds of hours of workshops and real-world use.

What people say about JournalingFix in real life
The feedback below is from people who’ve used JournalingFix tools in workshops and early materials. They’re not about this OS release specifically — they’re about what happens when the method is in motion.
“I’ve used JournalingFix on two projects. It’s helped me put aside demanding tasks when I need to focus on other things, and they’ve helped me get started on tasks I resist doing. The journal entries are fast. I usually spend about five minutes. They don’t feel like extra work. They’re each structured for one goal, so they’re easy to apply.”
“I learned practical tools that will strengthen my resilience in my day-to-day, hopefully simultaneously becoming more productive and reducing my stress. Can’t wait to apply these protocols”
“What stood out most was how it helped clear the feeling of overwhelm and mental fatigue. It gently broke things down into manageable pieces, making it easier to process what’s in front of you and then shift into your next task with clarity and ease. It’s the kind of practice that doesn’t just feel good in the moment—it actually changes how you move through your day.”
“I came to Áine’s workshop stuck on procrastination and avoidance of hard tasks, and left with simple techniques that work. I use it every day now and am excited to see what else JournalingFix has in store. ”
“As a developer, my brain is juggling 15 threads at once by noon. AI tools make me faster, but they also add a whole new layer - more decisions, more context-switching, more information flying at me constantly. The micro-journaling techniques in Áine’s seminar gave me a way to dump the noise, quiet the mental chatter, and reconnect with my own voice and creativity. That clarity is everything. ”
What you get when you join
When you join the Founding Tier, you get the full JournalingFix OS system plus the early access layer around it.
Inside OS, you’ll get:
